Our baker started his career as a baking assistant in one of the most prominent bakery in Sydney. After completing his pastry chef degree he was promoted to a Pastry Chef within the bakery . He then modified the recipes and introduced new Naked Cake flavours, which were highly appreciated by the customers . Opening up his own bakery was always his dream!
He realised dreams wouldn’t work unless he take action. This is why Naked Cakes Gallery is truly a dream turned into reality for him.
Our baking environment and production
Factory tours are encouraged, as we want our customers to witness firsthand the production of our cakes. At Naked Cakes Gallery we use state of the art environment friendly equipments and quality raw ingredients. We guarantee that you will be pleased with the quality and taste of our cakes.
